THERMOFORMING
Thermoforming is a process of elevating the temperature of a thermoplastic sheet to a workable level and forming the material, into the desired shape by allowing the material to come into contact with the appropriate tooling and applying vacuum to the material.

MATERIALS FORMED
High Impact Styrene, ABS, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, PETG, Teflon, PVDF, Halar, and other thermoplastic sheet materials are routinely vacuum formed. Containerware specializes in the thermoforming of Conductive, Static Dissipative and Anti-Static materials as well as Fluoro-Plastics and other high temperature engineering plastics.
