STAFF SERVICES AVAILABLE
Design and Engineering staff is available to provide assistance in creative
solutions to your material handling or packaging problems and will make
recommendations regarding the application and handling of standard and custom
designed Containerware products.
THERMOFORMING
Thermoforming is a process of elevating the temperature of a thermoplastic
sheet to a workable level and forming the material, into the desired shape
by allowing the material to come into contact with the appropriate tooling
and applying vacuum to the material.

MATERIALS FORMED
High Impact Styrene, ABS, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, PETG, Teflon, PVDF,
Halar, and other thermoplastic sheet materials are routinely vacuum formed.
Containerware specializes in the thermoforming of Conductive, Static Dissipative
and Anti-Static materials as well as Fluoro-Plastics and other high temperature
engineering plastics.
SECONDARY OPERATIONS
Die cutting, riveting, heat and chemical bonding, hot stamping and small
parts assembly.

WARRANTY
Containerware warrants that the products described in the catalog, or newly
developed products, conform to their description. Containerware shall replace
any product that does not so conform provided that such product or design
has not been altered by anyone other than an authorized employee of Containerware,
or been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
